F.A.Q.
Why does the Abuti Syllabus™ program not want to run on my computer?
Make sure that you are clicking on the .exe file/Abuti icon. This file is sometimes named ‘Abuti’ and at other times ‘Abuti.exe’
Make sure that the programs in the ‘Installation Folder’ are fully installed. The .Netframework and Adobe are both needed to run the program.
Some antivirus programs could block the application. You would then have to disable the antivirus for a minute to run and install the program.
If the program still does not want to open or you experience other difficulties we would be happy to connect to your PC via TeamViewer and see how we could help. It might occur that the USB is faulty in which case we will replace the USB flash drive with a new one at no extra cost.
